This stunning Canary Wharf studio is located in a luxurious new apartment block in one of London’s most sought-after Docklands districts.
Furnished in a chic and modern style, the studio apartment is bright and airy thanks to floor to ceiling windows which offer stunning waterside views. There is also a secure video entry system and lift.
The apartment comprises a large open-plan living area, kitchen and bathroom. A stylish divider breaks up the space, ensuring each area has its own unique identity.
There is a fitted wardrobe in the bedroom area while the living space has a large sofa, mounted HDTV and circular dining table with chairs. The kitchen has underlit cupboards and high-spec Siemens appliances, such as a washer and dryer. This contemporary and practical space features beautiful wooden floors throughout.
The bathroom has a walk-in, overhead shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Guests will also enjoy high-speed broadband, perfect for home working.
**Please note that there is construction in the area. This is audible from the kitchen and living room as the construction is on the east side of the building. However, the bedroom is southern-facing towards the river.
