The penthouse sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms and a suite, all beautifully decorated and comfortable. The living room, large and bright, integrates harmoniously with the dining room, creating an ideal environment for relaxing and socializing. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the utensils and appliances to make your stay with us as practical as possible. The terrace is the highlight, offering an exclusive space to contemplate the unique view of the beach, day or night. In total, the penthouse has three bathrooms, as well as a service area.

The decor of the apartment is neutral and elegant, with soft tones and sophisticated furniture, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully planned to enhance the natural beauty of the location, and the magnificent sea view is a constant invitation to enjoy the serenity and beauty of Ipanema.

Ipanema is a vibrant and lively neighborhood, offering a variety of activities for all tastes. What's more, the location of this apartment is special: it was here that the iconic film "Garota de Ipanema" was shot, immortalizing the song that turned Ipanema into one of the world's most famous postcards.

Important: With the aim of having the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is taking place in the neighboring building on weekdays during the hours in accordance with Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
Due to the debris falling from the construction site next door, the use of balconies is currently not recommended!

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
