The space
We decided after a long and expensive build year to rent our dream family home.

Whilst not being a full time holiday home we have kitted it out for guests to enjoy for their holidays.

Holywell Bay is a bit of a blackspot for phone signal, however rest at ease as the entire property is meshed with wifi so be sure to turn on you wifi calling in your settings.

On arrival you will find Ample parking for 4-5 vehicles, 3 phase fast charging for your EV.
Nighttime driveway lighting and power points for any of your needs.

This spacious 380 sq metre property boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 unique bathrooms.

Upside down living and a balcony leading from the main living space to enjoy the dunes and sea views with spectacular sundowns.

This is a passive house and provides shelter and warmth from the ever changing coastal climate.
Summers offer the sound of nature and the calmness and serenity overlooking the magnificent national trust sand dunes which lead directly to he beach.

You have unique gated access directly onto the dunes , this is unique to this property in this area.
