Situated on the first floor, accessible via a short flight of stairs, the apartment is spread over two levels: the apartment itself and a solarium on the upper floor (coming soon). With a surface area of 60 square meters, it features two comfortable bedrooms, each accommodating up to 2 people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other offers two single beds. Both rooms include wardrobes and direct access to the accommodation's terrace. Additionally, there is a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious shower and hairdryer.

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly combines with a cozy living and dining area for four people. The living room is spacious to ensure maximum comfort. From the private terrace, guests can enjoy views of the pool (WHICH WILL SOON BE OPERATIONAL, UNDERGOING RENOVATION. IT IS ADVISABLE TO CHECK WITH THE OWNERS IF IT WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY), complete with furniture and sun loungers for outdoor relaxation.
