This newly built property is beautifully situated n the hills of sea point, overlooking both the mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. The studio is equipped with Smeg and Samsung appliances, fast wifi with a battery allowing guests to continue working/surfing even during loadshedding. Our home has a big terrace for you to enjoy sunset drinks or relax after a dip in the pool on third floor.

You have the studio and it’s terrace to yourself, and can access the pool on the third floor at any time.
