Located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a residential building in the city center, just 500 meters from the main street of the town, Corso Roma, where you will find all kinds of places: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and various types of shops. The most famous beaches of Baia Verde, along with the lively Salento nightlife, are only 5 minutes away.
This very bright apartment is surrounded by a balcony and a terrace with a sea view. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (no bidet). The living room features a sofa bed.
Guests have access to a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi.
Outside, the meticulously designed penthouse boasts a wonderful and spacious terrace equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower, and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stunning panoramic views of the city and the beautiful sea, with unique sunsets.

The penthouse is in a privileged location, just a stone's throw from the city center, Corso Roma (the main street), and the beach. The first beach, with smooth rocks and easy access, is just a 500-meter walk away. After walking for 1 km, you reach the most famous sandy coastline of Gallipoli, which stretches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo.
Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and check-in/check-out services.
