Enjoy a seaside holiday when you stay in this great apartment overlooking Hayling Beach. Just minutes from being able to dip your toes in the crashing waves, you will be delighted with its location. With the beach on your doorstep, plenty of cafes, family activities such as adventure golf as well as the Hayling Light Railway, this is the perfect family getaway.
The space
Enter this second floor apartment and head down the corridor to the open plan living area. This lovely bright space is perfectly laid out for enjoying the vista.
With sea views, you will enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and with the addition of the breakfast bar, it creates a lovely communal cooking area. The comfortable sitting area with Smart TV (you will need to use your own logins to access the Apps) is a great place to unwind after a day at the beach, or exploring the rest of Hayling Island, Chichester Harbour and historic Portsmouth. You can access the balcony from the living area, and enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner whilst taking in the beach and the sea views.
The comfortable master bedroom has a double bed and a large dressing table with storage. The second bedroom has a double bed and large chest of drawers, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 4.
The family bathroom suite has a shower over bath.
You will have access to the entire apartment. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing the apartment with a local professional holiday property management company. The apartment is professionally cleaned and linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful to those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and hand soap. Other items included are a kitchen pack (kitchen roll, jeyes cloths, sponge, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, a washing pod and some dishwasher tablets) as well as loo rolls. These should last a few days, if more is needed there is a local convenience store a short walk away.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire flat to themselves, with allocated parking for one car.

There is space for 1 car to park in the allocated spot in the car park.
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
