Our flat is located in Marmaris Icmeler. It has a shared pool, is spacious and everything that will make your holiday enjoyable has been considered. Our 1+1 apartment has a capacity of 3 people and is within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the beach on foot. Our apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood due to its location, welcomes you, our valued guests.

* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, casting etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit will be refunded when you leave the villa.
*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 150 kW) are included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the excess amount is requested.
* Minimum stay is 7 nights. For stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season, an extra cleaning fee is charged.
* Extra cleaning fee: 600 TL
* Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00.
