Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio.

The apartment of about 51 square meters including a terrace of about 16 square meters covered and closed with fully opening windows exposed from the very early afternoon in the shade. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette with 4 glass ceramic plates, a foldaway double bed, a double sofa bed for children; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment manually adjustable awnings outside the terrace for all its size; very comfortable in the morning when the terrace is exposed to the sun. Bbq condominium to be booked free of charge in the residence at the concierge, condominium swimming pool with fresh water and shallow water in the initial part (also suitable for children who are as always carefully supervised) with relative free but not reserved deckchairs and umbrellas. Inside the Residence you will find a large lift capable of containing trolleys which are available in the concierge very convenient for carrying suitcases or shopping from the supermarket; there are also 2 other smaller lifts.

- the rental must be for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
- air conditioning with a fee on request euro 7 per day on the spot
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
