Luxusvilla in Orlando mit 4 Schlafzimmern in 'The Sanctuary' in der Wohnanlage von West Haven. West Haven ist eine wunderschön gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Disney World, Sea World, den Universal Studios und dem neuen Legoland. Die Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, bestehend aus 1 Master-Suite mit Super-Kingsize-Bett, einem riesigen Bad und begehbaren Kleiderschränken für Sie und Ihn, 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und 1 Zweibettzimmer, alle mit TV. Es gibt auch ein zweites Badezimmer neben den anderen Schlafzimmern und einen Waschraum im Erdgeschoss. Die Villa verfügt über 2 offene Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss, eine luxuriöse Küche, 2 Essbereiche sowie einen 52-Zoll-LCD-Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und eine Xbox One-Konsole. Die Garage hat auch das Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Basketball und Fuzzball. Draußen ist eine große Terrasse mit vielen Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen, eine sehr nützliche Außenwascheinrichtung, Dusche, Gasgrill, privatem Pool und Spa mit Blick auf einen atemberaubenden Naturschutzgebiet.

Beautiful Disney getaway

The home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was so nice after a hot Florida day. It had all the amenities we needed, and more!!

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

The place was great and accommodation was cleaned before arrival . The only thing that we had a problem with was the heat of the pool. Just wasn’t hot enough upon arrival . But took a few days to warm up enough. Was refunded a days pool heat.

Perfect vacation villa!

Loved our stay here in Florida. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for; good size and layout, great pool and outdoor area. The location is perfect for theme park visits and the Champions Gate area has everything you need for shopping and eating out etc. Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Fantastic Villa

After having stayed at a handful of villas in the Davenport/Four Corners area, we can safely say that we have found "the one". Pride of ownership is very evident, as this property was spotless. Everything was as it was in the pictures, or even nicer, as they had recently upgraded the flooring from what we could tell. Communication with the owner was swift and concise. Incredible range of kitchen utensils, flatware, drinkware, and appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice quality mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless. And the whole family loved the pool and gameroom areas. I don't think you could ask for, nor expect, a more perfect rental. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

Great vacation

We had a great week at our rental property. It’s a nice roomy home and our granddaughter loved the pool. The one thing that was difficult was the traffic. I assume that’s a normal thing here because it’s got so many things to see and do. I give this property an excellent rating and recommend highly!

Second Stay!

This was our second stay in the past 12 months. It is our favourite Orlando villa! Perfect location. Well maintained and super homely. Stocked with so much kitchenware and towels. Our little one was thrilled by the addition of the tv to the Winnie the Pooh bedroom. We loved sitting out by the pool listening to the wildlife in the conservation behind. A real beauty spot, I don't think we could stay anywhere else in Orlando now!

Winter 2023 Rental

We have wintered in this area for several years, and this is by far the best rental we have stayed in. From the owners, to the property manager, to the cleanliness and neighborhood -- it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this villa. Can't wait until next winter!

The deciding factor in buying a villa to have as a holiday home and rental property were the numerous holidays we have shared here. We have lived in the county of Hertfordshire, England all our lives but regard Florida as our second home!

Having spent many holidays in Florida over the past 20 years, including our honeymoon! we decided Florida was the place to purchase our dream holiday home and chose 'The Sanctuary' West Haven for its beautiful surroundings and for our own perfect sanctuary!

After viewing many properties, the moment we saw our villa we knew it was the one for us. We had already made our list of criteria of what we wanted in a villa and it ticked all the boxes! Our grandson also gave it a very big tick and not just because of the games room! The main attraction was the view as we had often stayed in villas that overlooked the neighbours pool! Which is not what we wanted. This is why we chose the stunning surroundings of 'The Sanctuary'
