The entrance to this fifth-floor penthouse apartment leads into a large, bright open-plan area, with windows overlooking the sea, that includes the kitchen and dining area. A corridor on the right of the entrance leads to three double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite The laundry is located in a utility room in the kitchen area.

From the living area, two large French windows lead directly onto the 90 sqm terrace embracing the apartment on two sides and with a view of the sea that bathes the town of Gallipoli. The relaxation area, created with comfortable sofas, provides the perfect backdrop for admiring, alone or in company, the seascape and for spending pleasant summer evenings lulled by the gentle sound of the surf.
