1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first (top) floor apartment within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport.
This lovely, recently renovated apartment is set within the small Los Rosales complex with large green areas and communal swimming pool.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with air conditioning throughout.
There is a large sunny South West facing terrace with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining or sunbathing.
The location for this property is perfect for a holiday as the complex is situated on a cul-de-sac which means it's quiet, yet only a 10 minute leisurely walk to the beach via a shortcut at the end of the street.
Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just 7 minute walk away and there is also a bus stop with regular buses to Fuengirola and Marbella.
Internet TV and Fibre optic WIFI is provided and there is is ample on-street parking outside the complex.
The pool is open all year round.
A superb apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
