Set in Myloniana Village, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its three available bedrooms. The Villa offers clean appeal design, at its three bedrooms & bathrooms, an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 50m2 Private Pool (non heated) with hydromassage features (non heated), a children’ pool & and a Dining area, with BBQ (charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Settings
This residence lays in 200m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (0,70 metres depth), sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. One bedroom & Living area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the residence premises. Kindly note that the upper level of this home is not accessible by guests. The entire villa lays on the ground floor.

With enviable views to the pool & natural surroundings, outdoor living settings, the villa radiates authentic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This Residence boasts beautiful interiors, in its 230m² indoor space. The villa boasts three bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a couch for two guests to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can welcome 6 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch in the living room. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.

Living Room with a 65’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • A couch located at the Living Room can welcome two more guests • One Premium Bedrooms feature Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00) & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower & direct access to the pool area • One more bedroom features also a Queen Bed (1.60x2.00) with en-suite bathroom & access to a backyard terrace • The Third bedroom features also a Queen Bed (1.60x2.00), featuring small windows & no terrace access • An extra Shared bathroom is located next to the bedroom, with walk in shower • Washing & Drying Machine are also available at the corridor.
