Summary:
Welcome to this 2-bdr loft in a 1940s industrial building. This 100m² space blends industrial charm with design. With 3.5m high ceilings, the 60m² living area includes a cozy lounge with a library, an office space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Terrazzo dining island. The master bedroom (160cm bed) has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in zellige shower. The second bedroom can have twin beds or a 160cm bed and has its own bathroom with a zellige bathtub. Both bdrs face the quiet courtyard.

The Neighborhood:
Ideally located in the lively and trendy 10th arrondissement, you will be just steps away from cafes, restaurants, gourmet shops, and trendy boutiques. Nearby public transportation will allow you to easily reach the main tourist sites of the capital.

Start the day with a coffee and a delicious orange blossom brioche on the terrace of the restaurant Le 52, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, while watching the passersby and their extravagant looks!

Then go for a run around the beautiful Canal Saint Martin and its lovely locks with Taylor Swift in your ears 🎶 or do Vinyasa yoga at Slow Studio on Rue d'Enghien.

Have lunch at Roi René on Rue Martel, the best value for money in the neighborhood with its exceptional wine cellar. A little tip: reserve the table by the window with the bench, it's my favorite.

Take the opportunity to see the latest exhibition at Galerie Martel, then head to pastry chef Michalak's shop on Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière for an afternoon treat.

To end the day, I dine at Medhi's at Le Martel (on Rue Martel, of course) on the terrace - a must-try hidden gem for a 100% Parisian experience.

About the Olympics :
- Accor Arena, located about 4.7 km to the southeast (rhythmic gymnastics)

Getting Around:
Access is very easy and allow to reach all the Parisian sightseeing spots in a few minutes (Louvre, Opera, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower...)
Subway lines: 4, 8 et 9 (Strasbourg St Denis) and also 5 et 7 (Gare de l'Est)
