Enjoy everything Punta Prima, Torrevieja and the Costa Orihuela has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live like a local.

There is a large communal swimming pool (and baby pool) onsite for your enjoyment that is cleaned daily. Staying here also allows you access to the pretty and maintained private garden.
There are nearby play parks for young children.

There are many local amenities nearby within 10 minutes' walk including supermarkets, shops bars and restaurants of Punta Prima and the Punta Prima Marina (which boasts amongst other stores, a Consum supermarket, a pharmacy and fast food restaurants).
The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk away where you can enjoy a cold drink / supper with a sea view in the restaurant there, and there many others to enjoy up to 30 minutes walk away. Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and other beaches of the Costa Orihuela including the coastal walks, are all easily accessible and close by.

The retail mall shops and restaurants of La Zenia Boulevard are 30 minutes' walk away, as is the famous La Zenia market each Saturday.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.
Over 3 floors, there's a roof terrace with relaxing area and both inside and outside dining tables and a BBQ.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.

- In the top bedroom, you will find a double bed and built-in wardrobes. It also features an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning plus access to the roof terrace.

- In the next bedroom, there is a double bed, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes, plus sliding doors leading to a private terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee with a sea view.

- The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a set of drawers.

There are 3 bathrooms:

- The top bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
- The middle bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.
- The ground floor bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
- Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check-in/late check out can be arranged upon request – subject to availability.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- The communal pool area has rules about use, including the supervision of children (in accordance with Spanish law).

Check in 15:00 - 19:00.

Please note that late check-in can be arranged with prior notice.
The keyholder charges €25 Euros for this and it must be paid to them directly by the guest. They also offer airport pickup service on request. Please message us and we can put you in touch.
