NOISE AND BEHAVIOR: All guests are expected to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 and until 8:00.
CLEANLINESS: Guests must leave the house in a reasonably clean condition upon check-out. Please remove garbage before your departure and deposit it in the existing container. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

By signing the rental agreement, you agree to comply with all established rules and policies. Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund.
