You will always check in to a clean property and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.

By the time you arrive, you’ll receive an email with a key code from the key box and all necessary instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions, we are always a call away.

While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.

We have a few rules to ensure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.
1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use the ashtrays provided)
2. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am on weekdays and 11 pm and 8 am on weekends.

And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur occasionally, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before checkout. We are very understanding and responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.

We require digitally signed terms of stay the first time you book with us - send via an email link. This helps to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for all our lovely guests to enjoy. Should you wish to accommodate extra guests with tents, simply inform us before your stay. Each additional guest will be charged at £15 per night.

You can bring one dog, although we ask that your furry friend not be on the bed or furniture, so we recommend bringing a dog bed for their comfort.

Of course, for a leisurely experience, local walks are readily available, making traveling on foot an excellent choice, especially if you're feeling energetic.
