The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This apartment has 2 bedrooms, with one having a single folding bed and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with the folding bed in the wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a double bed. Additionally 2 sofa beds in the living area.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and shower.
The second bathroom also has a toilet and sink and a shower.


Linen already on bedding and towels are all included.

 House Rules:
-Standard check-in time 3pm onwards. Check out by 11am
 
- I may ask for ID so kindly be prepared to send/show it

- Parties are strictly prohibited.
 
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the property.
 
- Extra guests are not allowed. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of £30 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 9 guests.

- Please kindly remove outdoor shoes on carpets and rugs, there is a shoe rack to place them on by the indoor entrance

- When leaving the property please be responsible and turn off central heating, close windows 
 
- Please remember to return the key to lock box.
 
- A fee of £75 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the home.
 
- The FULL cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - Please be careful with them.

- Kindly leave the house as you found it.
