This 88m2 welcoming space features open living and kitchen areas where guests can relax, watch TV, or prepare meals after exploring the city. Three balconies offer lots of sunlight and fresh air.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers essential cookware, a Nespresso machine, plenty of fridge space and seating for four – perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together.
The two bedrooms are modernly decorated, including new queen beds fitted with quality linens and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have accompanying balconies with views of the historic Porto skyline.
The primary bedroom includes a spacious ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom has access to a full bathroom right across the hallway.
Both showers feature luxury rain showerheads and curb-less entry. These bathrooms are outfitted with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a half-bathroom in the common space.
A small office with a desk, chair, and sitting area can be used to conduct business while you visit, as needed. The apartment offers high-speed internet suitable for conducting video conferences.
Please note that it is located on the 2nd floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for guests with reduced mobility. Feel free to use the covered parking spot included behind the building.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the area. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find the world-renowned Port Wine Cellars, including iconic names like Caves Ferreira, Sandeman, and Graham's. These cellars offer fascinating guided tours and tastings, allowing you to explore the region's winemaking heritage.
The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. Along the Ribeira de Gaia, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river, lined with charming restaurants, cafes, and bars, all while taking in stunning views of Porto across the water.
For those who appreciate scenic views, the Jardim do Morro is just a short walk away. This beautiful garden provides panoramic vistas of Porto and the Douro River, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
