From the front door, there is a large open-plan room with a hall area, kitchen area, dining area and lounge area. This all has luxury vinyl tiled floors and ceiling spotlights. The apartment is filled with wall art including images of York's famous chocolate manufacturing history, ornate mirrors, and prints of York.
In the hall area, there is coat hanging and shoe storage.
In the fitted kitchen area, there is an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor, hot water tap, SMEG coffee machine, and SMEG Toaster. Off the kitchen, there is a utility cupboard with; a washing machine, microwave, and pan storage. All the crockery, cutlery, and food preparation utensils are provided to prepare food for at least 6 people.
Dining area; Adjacent to the kitchen area is a table with seating for six people, (four chairs and an upholstered bench to seat up to 3 people).

The window has dandelion-coloured full-length blackout curtains. There are two USB power sockets, and the room is fully carpeted.
Bedroom two has a Minster View window. The bedroom furniture is all charcoal colour and includes a Super- King sized bed (can be configured as two x single beds on request), a 40" Smart TV, two bedside drawers, a double wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a large mirror. In addition, there is an armchair, two USB power sockets, and fitted carpets. The window has blue and grey blackout full-length curtains.
The tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, sink, large mirror, and heated towel rail.
