The house is in the countryside, so you enjoy peace and tranquillity while also being just a short distance away from the bustling city of Dublin.

Modern and tastefully decorated, the well-lit living room features comfortable seating and dining areas. You will also have access to the backyard, should you wish to get some fresh air!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook delicious meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-sized bed, and the second has a double bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and mirror. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Chapelizod is a truly unique destination for tourists seeking a memorable experience. Our neighbourhood offers an array of attractions, restaurants, and bars. From exploring Phoenix Park to a relaxing stroll through the Irish National War Memorial Gardens, there is something for everyone. After taking in the sights, you can head to Wrights Anglers Rest for a delicious seafood meal or visit the West County Hotel for a refreshing pint. With so much to do and see, our property is the perfect place to call home in Dublin.

The property is conveniently located just 3.4km from both Park West and Cherry Orchard stations and 4.9km from Ashtown station. You can easily explore the city's attractions and get a taste of all that Dublin has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
