The bedroom features a king-sized bed (180 x 200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

On Barrow Street, you will find a Eurospar supermarket, a pharmacy, and the DART line, providing easy access to other parts of the city. South Lotts Road is also nearby, where you can find a Tesco supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Merrion Square and the Grand Canal Quay are just a short distance away and offer plenty of sightseeing and leisure activities opportunities.

The DART station at Grand Canal Dock on Barrow Street provides convenient access to other parts of the city, including Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. From the DART station at Tara Street, you can walk to Marlborough Street and board the LUAS tramway line for easy transportation around Dublin. Overall, the area is well-served by public transport and offers a range of amenities, making it an excellent location for living or visiting.

The apartment has fast wifi (500 Mbps download, 50 Mbps upload).

This is a residential building, so it is forbidden to make noise.

I would advise visiting the Bray seafront, aquarium, Finbees coffee, and making the walk between the Bray Head and Greystones (40 minutes on the DART).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property, including the balcony. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
