It's on the coast. Close to Portmarnock/ Sutton both with amazing beaches and Howth village which is a stunning fishing village full of restaurants, pubs and cliff walks. It is also conveniently located near some of Dublin's most popular tourist attractions, including Malahide Castle and Gardens (10 min), Portmarnock beach (10 min) North Bull Island (15min) and Howth ( 15 mins). You'll find plenty of things to do in this area, so you're sure to have an enjoyable and memorable stay in Dublin.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
There is also a bus stop 7 minutes by walk and several train stations all of which allow you to reach the heart of Dublin in under 30 minutes.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
When booking this rental, the following discounts will be applied:
10% for stays of 21 days;
20% for stays of 30 days.
