The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to whip up a fresh warm meal. You'll find a fridge, oven, and stove for your use. You're welcome to use the other cooking utensils as well!
There are 2 bedrooms, with a single bed and a double bed respectively, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your full comfort.
The modern bathroom feature a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer and ironing facilities.
The property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitised prior to your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The property is situated in affluent Dublin 4 (D4)which includes the lively, leafy suburbs Sandymount and Ballsbridge, where embassies and offices sit alongside upscale boutiques and bistros. Buzzing Baggot Street pubs host live music and fill up with fans when there’s rugby, soccer or a big concert at nearby Aviva Stadium. The RDS Arena also hosts major sporting and music events. Sandymount Strand is popular for seaside strolls and picnics.
Dart station is within a 5 min walk and a bus stop outside the building. The property is located a 20-30 minute drive from the airport
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
