Welcome to our charming newly refurbished home, nestled in the quiet Ushaw Moor.

With the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, we believe it strikes the perfect balance between cosiness and spaciousness.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. There is parking on the drive for 2 cars, with on-street parking also available.

Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms. With a double, king and two single beds. There is one family bathroom.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where you can gather with loved ones for memorable meals and engaging conversations. With plenty of seating and natural light streaming in through the windows, this space is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals or hosting intimate gatherings.

There is also a lounge area available, with a smart TV.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms awaiting you.

There is an outdoor area available to you.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
