Perfect Location
We stayed for several days following Christmas and couldn't have picked a better place for the price. The townhouse was nicely furnished and exactly as advertised. Jerry, the owner called me a few days prior to our arrival to ensure the guest bedroom was set up best to meet our needs. It was walking distance to shopping and the bus to the resort was just around the corner. I was very pleased and hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful townhome in a great location
This townhome was even better in person than in the photos. Spacious for our family and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the private hot tub in back. Walking distance to our favorite Winter Park restaurants - very nice to not have to deal with parking with all the construction in town. The owners are very nice and responsive to any questions. We hope to stay again during bike season!

Wonderful Winter Park Weekend
Our family of 6 had a fantastic weekend in this vacation rental townhouse. Lots of room, clean, well equipped and close to WP ski shuttle and a couple block walk to main street Winter Park. The bedding was so comfortable and we loved the hot tub. The views from the windows into the surrounding forest and mountains was beautiful. Hope to rent it again one day. And the communication with management/owner was excellent! Thanks Jerry and Janet

My family loved staying here. Three minute walk to the bus to the ski lifts. Had a little problem the heat on the lower floor and contacted the owner. He was very apologetic and helped us to remedy the problem. Would definitely stay here again

Great communication from owner. Easy to use the app on my phone to view. Easy check in and out. Comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, easy to use hot tub. The location was perfect, we walked to the shuttle to ski and walked to dinner nearby. I would not look anywhere else to stay in Winterpark! Cozy gas fireplace and enough seating for all.

Fantastic location!
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful weekend in Winterpark. Two other couples joined us for the Annual Blues from the Top festival. Jerry couldn’t have been more lovely to work with......from the moment I first contacted him about renting his condo, until we were in our way home. He opened his condo early on Friday for our arrival, and allowed us to check out on Sunday at our leisure. All 3 women love to cook so we cooked our own breakfasts and dinners (in the well equipped kitchen!) and even ate in on Sunday as it was rather rainy all day. But we didn’t miss any music....just left the patio sliders (yes, front and back) open and could easily hear the music. Hideaway Park is such a short walk away, going back and forth only took a couple of minutes (Sawmill borders the park). We took advantage of both the hottub (downstairs patio) and the gas grill (main floor deck). This was not our first Blues at the Top experience, nor our first time to stay in the Sawmill complex. I must say we have met some wonderful owners, but Jerry has to be at the top of the list. He was easily available by text for any random question I had, and I hope to meet him some day. I speak for our friends as I say....we all would love to stay in this beautiful condo again. It’s on the end....which also means its a lot quieter on a busy weekend. Oh.......the living room easily, comfortably had room for all six of us either to play games, relax and chill...listening to music, or whatever. That was a big deal for me.....no need for dining room chairs, except at dinner! Anyone considering where to stay in Winterpark, especially for any festival or event at Hideaway Park, this condo has to top your list. Unless, of course, we get it first!!

Great Location, Comfortable Space
Had a great weekend at this property. We had an ample amount of space to kick back, relax, play games, and watch the Winter Olympics. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and the beds were cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was awesome and one of the nicest ones I've been in at a rental property. Strong jets, hot water, cool lights to sit in while staring up at the stars. The Shuttle stop to take us up to the resort was steps away and we were 2 blocks off main street had we wanted to go shopping, go out to eat, or grab drinks at a local pub. We were just way too comfortable so only left to ski. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Clean with great access to Skiing and Winter Park
We stayed in Jerry and Janet's lovely 3 bedroom condo with another couple this past weekend. The condo was super clean and big enough for everyone to have plenty of room. We really liked that the bedrooms (with really comfortable mattresses and bedding!) were on separate levels to the living room and kitchen. This made it easy to put the kids to bed for them to be well-rested and ready to ski the next morning. We enjoyed the new hot tub both nights after skiing. Access to restaurants is great, although we cooked all meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for offering your place! We loved it.

Incredible Stay
Wow, what an incredible property, but even more impressive was how accommodating Jerry is! He not only provided us a great Winter Park Condo that was centrally located at a reasonable price, he also let us borrow his snowshoes! He was always available to answer questions by text or email. Very nice, convenient property!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, and had plenty of room for our group of four adults and four teenage boys! The location is convenient and quiet and the owner Jerry was very informative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The shuttle is helpful as the parking at the Winter Park ski area is over-crowded during busy times! We all loved the hot tub, and my only suggestion would be to have some "hot tub" towels or extra towels for guest use so you don't have to use the bath towels.

We are a very outdoor active family of 5. My wife and 3 children moved to Colorado in 2012 and fell in love with the Winter Park area on our first visit. Winter Park has superior summer activities to go along with its wonderful winter sports. Once we decided to purchase a home we waited for a property in the premier location - where once we arrived, we could walk anywhere.

This property is located perfectly. You (or your kids) can walk anywhere. All the best restaurants, downtown, hiking trails, Hideaway Park - for concerts or sledding, are simply steps away. The heated garage may be your favorite thing in the winter! It's a premier family location!
