The apartment Terrazza is located in a residential area of Portoferraio, very quiet and not far from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, supermarkets and the historic center of Portoferraio, which is about 2 kilometers away. The closest beaches are those located in the Portoferraio area, on the northern side of the island: Le Ghiaie, Padulella, Capo Bianco, Sansone, all known for their white pebbles and crystal clear waters; or the suggestive Enfola with its suggestive peninsula. A short distance away, still on the northern side, there are also the suggestive sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno. In a few minutes by car you can also reach the lively sandy beach of Lacona, on the southern side of the island.
Apartment for 4/6 persons: The apartment is located on the first floor and has an independent entrance via an internal staircase. It is composed of a kitchen with kitchenette (complete with four gas burners and two electric hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine), a living room with TV, a double sofa bed and armchairs, a small bedroom with bunk bed, a double bedroom, a sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a large covered terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, two uncovered parking spaces. Simple but well kept and comfortable furnishings. The property includes a washing machine on the terrace.
