Rosa dei Venti - Italian Homing

Rosa dei Venti is an apartment divided into two apartments with private entrance but which can be joined by two doors adjacent to the living rooms from the inside and which can be booked together or separately. Each apartment has a private garden and is partly located at the residence's swimming pool. Free parking spaces outside the residence, always available. The apartments are recently renovated, located in a high-level residence built in 2022. Finished down to the smallest detail and furnished with elegant and unique design pieces. Maximum comfort and useful equipment for short/medium-long stays. Free Wi-Fi in both apartments. The Gardalido residence area is adjacent to the Port of Padenghe and a few steps from one of the longest lakeside promenades on Lake Garda. Supermarket reachable by car in a few minutes. Equipped beaches within 2 km.

Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.

Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
