Hill Top View Villa Spetses

Hill Top View is a charming 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms. From its hillside position, the villa has some of the best views of the island right out over the Saronic Archipelago. The location is very private and the villa is set in a wonderful Mediterranean garden.

The living room is a lovely space with traditionally designed furnishings, newly upholstered divans with heaps of scatter cushions in vibrant colours. The traditional style kitchen is fully equipped. From the spacious master bedroom, French windows afford a great view of the swimming pool, gardens and vista below. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Along the corridor is the 2nd double bedroom which although small has its own ensuite bathroom.

The property is very private with vibrant colourful gardens of tumbling flowers giving a youthful and happy atmosphere to the house. There is also a small swimming pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There are various places in the garden to sit and relax and simply enjoy the incredible views. The pergola above the pool gives shade to the terrace under which running the length of the building are two in-built sofas with newly upholstered cushions. There is also an outdoor dining, area with new seating, and little coffee/breakfast area nestled in the garden.

The property has WIFI, Satellite TV, air-conditioning and twice weekly maid service.

The town of Dapia and the nearest beach is about a 10-15 min walk down from the house via the steps that are below the property. However, it is hilly on the way up so we recommend that guests hire quad bikes or scooters for ease of access, e-bikes are also possible.

This property exudes unpretentious charm and is perfect for a couple, or small family.
