This newly built stone Villa Marta is located 13 km from Zadar old town, and is a perfect place for a quiet family vacation. Total plot consists of 7000 m2 in which You can find a lot of activities for a perfect family vacation such as 50 m2 heated swimming pool with loungers, small outdoor kitchen with a grill, olive garden and children playground. There are also eight bathrooms in the villa, out of which six are en suite bathrooms and two are shared. For gathering of the whole family, there is an open-space living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. If You want something more special, there is also tavern in which You can gather around delicious meal prepared on a grill.
