Nestled in the centre of Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest, this charming three-bedroom house offers an open plan kitchen/diner and a lovely garden. With shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property you have the option of remaining local and experiencing the tranquillity and charm of the New Forest or exploring further afield down to the South Coast, Dorset or even taking the ferry from nearby Lymington over to the Isle of Wight.

The space
After parking outside Marigold Cottage next to the immaculate front garden area, you will enter through the glass door directly into the porch, where there is space to hang coats and leave shoes. The porch then leads directly to the lounge.

Lounge

Marigold Cottage’s stylish lounge exudes comfort and sophistication. As you step inside from the front door, you'll immediately notice the sleek tiled floors, which are both practical and add a touch of elegance to the space. The lounge is tastefully furnished with two modern grey sofas, providing ample seating for guests to relax and unwind.

Next to the seating area a 42-inch TV sits on a console table, providing the perfect space for indulging in your favourite TV shows and films. Large windows to the front aspect provide ample natural light, with venetian blinds offering privacy from the world outside. The lounge seamlessly flows into an open plan kitchen/diner, allowing for effortless hosting and socialising.

On the ground floor, located between the lounge and the kitchen, there is a modern WC for your convenience. The WC is modern, clean and features WC, vanity unit, basin, heated towel rail and anti-fog mirror with downlights.

Kitchen

Marigold Cottage features an open plan kitchen/diner that effortlessly combines style, functionality and elegance. Guests are immediately drawn to the striking teal cabinets that add a vibrant pop of colour to the otherwise neutral space. The kitchen features integrated appliances including electric oven, gas hob and full size fridge/freezer. The integrated dishwasher is also a welcome addition to any holiday kitchen!

Lovely house perfect magical location. Let down is the use of a property management who take £400 deposit. House listed as luxury but not perfectly clean inside. Table not cleaned and cutlery cups also. Great house though.

Great house and location
The house was super well located very close to the train station and the main part of town. Easy walk to the hiking trails as well. The house was clean and comfortable and have everything we needed and more.
