"Casita Arte" is a private, separate apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom, high-speed internet - a sunny and airy birds-eye-view - a flat 10-15 min. walk to the Plaza-yet worlds apart. It is a colorful and fun "artsy-Boho" style with a small balcony with breakfast bar, private entrance, parking, laundry, secure, near to hidden beaches. Many artists have completed work while staying in Casita Arte. It's a comfortable space in which to create and get the ideas moving.

It's a fun, unique and airy "birds' perch," featuring decorative wrought iron windows with treetop views and a small balcony reached by going up an old-world-style metal spiral staircase.
