This is our third time staying at this property, we love it!!! The Hillsboro area is wonderful, lots of shops and restaurants. The owner has always been helpful and gets back to us right away whenever we have questions.

Nice and clean

Very convenient to Vanderbilt medical center if it wasn’t freezing definitely could have walked there and to get food. Place was clean and very well equipped with anything you need.

Very convenient

Great place to stay while a family member underwent procedure at Vanderbilt medical center. Super convenient in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to food and grocery. Would stay again next time in town.

Perfect location

Molly was super to work with! The location was perfect and we felt very safe. The apartment was a perfect size for four adults. Being able to spread out and have enough seating was important to us and the large sectional offered this. We were close to everything and enjoyed an amazing dinner at Slice of Italy and breakfast at Ruby Sunshine which were both within walking distance along with plenty of shopping and speciality stores near by.

Taking mom to Nashville

Our stay was just what we needed. Check in was easy, premise was clean and a peaceful location. Glad to find a location with no steps as we had a senior with us.

Music City Trip

Great location. Condo was awesome fit for two couples. Very close to all activities we wanted to do. Loved the open area living space. Lots of room for chilling out after a football game! Restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and updated for today’s decor. Would definitely stay again!

Love Nashville!!

Great location! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a little noise from neighboring units (movingchairs, walking) but didn’t bother us as we sleep with a noise machine.

Perfect place to stay

Everything about the location and place were great! We stayed for 5 nights. Check in was smooth and the little care package upon arrival was great. The rooms were excellent. Only inconvenience was the lack of vanity space in the bathrooms…doable but had to juggle things constantly. The village was peaceful and a quick Uber ride downtown. Would recommend and stay again for sure! Thank you Molly for a wonderful stay.

Stay could have been better

The apartment was nice, roomy enough for 4, beds were comfortable. Location was great with shopping and restaurants close by, Pancake Pantry is a must go to! We also tried Hopdoddy for a yummy burger! Now for the NOT so good and why this didn’t get a 5star…we arrived 2 hours past check in time and the apartment was not cleaned. I had to contact Molly to inform her and she said she’d send the cleaning people right away. We had to leave feeling a little uncomfortable leaving belongings knowing others would be coming in. No other choice. We never heard back to confirm cleaning was done till I contacted her & all I got was “yes”. Never once did we receive an “I’m sorry” or “I apologize for the inconvenience”. When we returned late I felt as though the VERY minimal was done to clean as I found dried up contacts(not ours) around the nightstand & in the bathroom. Wished we could have walked in to a clean place & a somewhat remorseful owner. Makes me wonder why we had to pay to have it cleaned when we didn’t receive the same.

Disappointed- do not stay here!

We arrived and many lightbulbs were out. It took 48 hours to have new ones delivered and then the “maintenance” person didn’t know how to change them, so my husband had to do it. Both shower/tub combos were broken and despite being told that they would send someone to address the plumbing issues, no one showed up all week- we were there for 8 days! In addition, all of the plastic wrapping on the new light fixtures that were working was still on them. There was not any soap provided for the showers. The “snacks” provided was one small bag of Doritos. The parking lot in back was surrounded by trash. Overall, an experience that made me question using VRBO at all going forward.I could go on but I will stop there.

First time in Nashville and I would definitely be back but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. The place was nice and clean. They had snacks out for you to enjoy. Nice neighborhood. Not far from downtown. Grocery store 4 minutes up the road. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! Definitely will book again.

Cute place, great location BUT....

We arrived 20+ minutes after check in at 4:00. The housekeeper was still there. The house had a very weird smell which we thought might be cleaning product. Not so much! House was filthy. Ants in the master bathroom, woke up to worms in the kitchen floor every morning. The floors and counters were filthy. Hair in the bathroom floor and nasty bathroom rugs. Food in the chairs in the dining room and hair in the kitchen sink. No cleaning supplies to be found. However, we did find some vomit on a blanket in one of the bedrooms - hence the smell!. We were there for 4 nights. After the first night, we ended up going to Walgreens and bought cleaning supplies. I washed the bathroom rugs and the blankets and cleaned all the floors and counters. The listing eludes to "clean" but it was far from it. Evertime someone lives, went to the bathroom or ran the water in the upper units, you could hear it. Internet was non existent so working was impossible!

Enjoyed our stay

Our stay was enjoyable. We were attending a 60th birthday celebration with moms and daughters (two families). Suggestions include a nightstand or side table for each side of the bed and another mirror in the home near an outlet. The small bathrooms made it a little challenging for four ladies to get ready. However, the home was welcoming and comfortable for our stay.

not cleaned & noisy

The unit was not ready, nothing was cleaned, sheets had not been changed, garbage in all trash cans, dirty dishes in sink, and left over items in the refrigerator. dirty towels in bathrooms, no hand towels for the kitchen or bathrooms. The AC unit did not work, ground floor unit with no air flow. Arrived at 4 pm and immediately contacted the manager and they did not get back to us until after 8 pm. The manager did not listen to us or choose to ignore our request or information. Eventually sheets and towels were provided. However no laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, or dishwasher tabs were provided. We purchased all of the household items to have the unit useable. No offer to reimburse us for these items was ever mentioned. The unit is on the ground floor and the people above us were up until 3 am. There was no sounds buffering between floors. You can hear them walk, talk, and move furniture at any time, This is not to bad during the day, but when trying to sleep, it is excruciating.

Would not stay again

The main reason that we chose this rental was because of the cleaning protocol they posted. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The bathtub drain didn’t drain. She sent someone the next morning to rectify but I expected more upon check-in. The second morning, there was a live healthy roach on the kitchen floor. If you’re a light sleeper, believe the other reviews about the noise from upstairs units!!! There were two nights where we were literally kept awake until about one in the morning with noise from upstairs. The unit itself is very sparse. The linens were awful and mismatched, Towels were cheap and threadbare. The bathroom windows had about a 3 inch gap at the bottom where anyone could see in. I ended up stuffing towels to block the view. The toilet was loose from the floor. The toilet seat was also loose and moved. No dresser in either bedroom, no end tables, nothing to set your luggage on except the floor, no headboards, the beds were just on regular boxsprings left with the hardware showing, no dust, ruffles or anything, pretty chandeliers in each bedroom but they were covered with plastic dust covers. the whole unit could use a new coat of paint! Lots of scrapes and dings on the walls. One of the bathroom ceilings had peeling paint We ended up spending about $300 more on this rental than another one that we were considering and I was just very disappointed. It was clear that this owner does the bare minimum to get renters.

Great Location

The absolute best aspect of this rental is the location. Just around the corner from so many great places to shop and eat. Groceries are just a short walk. The only downside really was insulation between floors. Could hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors. That aside, would stay again.
