Our house has a 42 inch Full HD TV, ready to stream your movies or watch the daily program.


KITCHEN
Our house has a fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, stove and many peripherals, such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, kettle and of course all the necessary pans, pots, glasses and plates.


LAVATORY SERVICES
Our house has a dishwasher machine and a washing machine for the laundry.


AIR CONDITIONS
Our Home has one Air Condition unit in the ground floor that provides the desirable temperature in the living room, the kitchen and the ground floor bedroom, and one Air Condition unit in each one of the two bedrooms of the top floor, capable to set the inside temperature as hot or cool as u like. Also, all the rooms have ceiling fans for a more natural cool ambiance.


BEDS
Our house has 1 double bed in the ground floor, 2 single beds in one of the top floor bedrooms, another double bed in the second bedroom of top floor, one baby cot and one single spare bed.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs to access the house. From street level 2 steps, a wider step (small plateau) and then 12 steps. You reach a plateau for rest and continue with two more wide steps (small plateau). Finally there is the last part of the staircase with 13 steps. There is no parking, but guests usually find parking a few meters after the house. The municipal parking is about 500 meters away.
