The space
The Mousehole is a beautifully styled 1 bedroom lower ground floor apartment. This apartment offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a very slouch worthy sofa for when you’re ready to put your feet up with a book and a cup of coffee. To the rear of this apartment you will find your very own private parking space for 1 car. If you are truly looking for a place where you can escape then this is it.

The Bedroom
Where comfort is key, after a day out exploring Poole you can retire to a sumptuous king sized bed adorned in the freshest white sheets, ready to provide you with that all important downtime where you can recharge your batteries and get a good night's sleep.

The Kitchen
Modern and neat yet well equipped, this kitchen comes with all the mod cons so that you will have everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. Imagine serving up the champion of all breakfasts at your very own breakfast bar that has enough comfy seating for a party of 4.

The Bathroom
The walk in shower here is a welcome addition, as you use your gifted luxury mini toiletries you can max out on your relaxation in this incredible shower room, complete with a wash basin and toilet.

Other things to note
Mousehole has a great story as this part of the building was the bar for the famous old Michelin recommended Isabels restaurant. It has great dimensions of floor space however it does have limited head height of approximately 6’2” or 188cm.
Door sills are somewhat lower than this and you may need to bend to go through.
Please bare this in mind when considering to stay in this property as we can accept no responsibility for any injuries caused.
If you are particularly tall we would recommend opting for neighbouring properties Chambre D’Isabels or Central Park Suite.


PLEASE NOTE: The Private Garden is still in the works and not ready yet for guests to use.

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee of £20. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs.

As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
