Located in a peaceful little nook of Poole town centre sits this very stylish home. Inside, the feel of the interior is chic and minimalist which has been beautifully paired with luxury furniture and accessories to ensure a homely feel. Denmark House offers the ultimate dream staycation, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and conveniently just a stone's throw away from the beach, restaurants, shops and bars.
The space
The Space
Denmark House is a spacious three bedroom house which satisfactorily sleeps up to 8 guests. There’s an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner with doors that open out onto the generous garden. There is space for two cars on the drive to the front of the property, offering sought-after convenience in this town centre location.
The Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms, all of which are bright and open. The master bedroom has the additional benefit of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a super king size bed which can easily be converted into twin beds at your request prior to check in.
The Kitchen
The sleek and modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction hob, built-in electric oven and all the crockery and cutlery that you will need to prepare, cook and serve some delicious homemade meals. The dishwasher will take care of the clearing up! There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
The Bathroom
Indulge in the opulent family bathroom that holds a large bath with shower overhead. Our properties come with complimentary toiletries as standard.
The Garden
The garden has a beautiful seating area and is perfect for summer BBQs and entertaining.
You will be spoiled for choice with Poole offering many activities for you to enjoy. To dining al fresco in the garden, and exploring Poole’s excellent shops, boutiques and restaurants or having a little wander down to the beaches to spend time enjoying the soft golden sand underfoot, whilst listening to the lapping of waves of the sea and of course enjoying those indescribably stunning views. You are sure to have an incredible time and the chance to really enjoy somewhere that you can call home to relax, recharge and make some great memories.

However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs.
As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
