It is located in the upper area of Barcelona, near the Vallcarca station, which will provide you with an excellent transport connection and easy access to the entire city.

The brand new 2-bedroom apartment in the upper area for temporary rentals offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, the apartment has a full bathroom with a shower for your convenience. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa where you can rest and relax after your adventures in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, and ceramic hob. You will also find an iron, hairdryer, TV and washing machine in the apartment.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50.

- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
