The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the following appliances, fridge, freezer, hob with 4 hotplates, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with air conditioning and a window. Between the bedrooms there is a completely renovated bathroom with bathtub, double sink and bidet, with a separate toilet area.

This apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults.

Attention! For safety reasons, this space is not suitable for children or guests under 23 due to the insufficient height of the balcony wall.

The balcony has outdoor furniture, a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

São Rafael and Arrifes Beach is located just a 4-minute walk away.
The area is ideal for a holiday in a peaceful and quiet area with a swimming pool and within walking distance of the beach. The village has parking.

The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 12 years old, and costs €2.00 per person/day for a maximum stay of 7 days.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
