Filled with some essential goodies we thought you may find handy, which can be enjoyed within the sumptuous surroundings of your apartment or you have the option to have your very own picnic in the beautifully landscaped communal gardens. You'll have peace of mind that you can leave your car securely in one parking space of your choosing within the private car park.

The bedroom
The spacious Bedroom offers a built in 55" smart tv and feature fireplace so your evenings will be filled with warmth in this cosy hideaway. The additional sleeping quarters come in the form of the large double sofa bed in the lounge which will also provide a good night's sleep.

The kitchen
The open plan Kitchen/Diner shall be the most wonderful place for you to dine and entertain during your stay, with enough seating around the granite topped island. Not to mention the fully equipped kitchen which has everything you`ll need. The only thing you`ll need to consider is what groceries to bring so you can whip up your own culinary delights.

The bathroom
Whether you like to unwind by having a soak in the tub or a power shower. You`ll be pleased to know that this apartment benefits from a separate bath and shower and it has an additional water closet just off the Hallway. As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
