TD I Coni di Pinurè Trulli with Scenic Valley View

I Coni di Pinurè is a typical complex of trulli in the Apulian countryside. The property has been recently restored, preserving the special characteristics of these houses so that each guest can experience the feeling of welcome that only our trulli can offer. I Coni di Pinurè can accommodate up to 8 guests. The main entrance leads to the living area with sofas and armchairs; here you are immediately captivated by the beauty of the high and luminous stone cone ceiling. The floor is made of light-coloured resin throughout the house; this choice, together with the neutral-coloured furnishings, gives a feeling of peace.
The various rooms around it develop from here; on the left side is the dining room with a round table and chairs and a kitchen area made of masonry and wood, with a central peninsula for cooking while enjoying maximum conviviality.
A trapdoor leads to the old cistern, now used as a wine cellar. The kitchen gives access to the first double bedroom, very large and bright thanks to the French window with direct access to the outside, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Returning to the living room we have access to the three bedrooms: one double bedroom with French window, access to the outside, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, the second also with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and to finish another bedroom where a double mattress has been placed on the mezzanine in the cone and down there is its own bathroom with shower. The bed on the mezzanine is a queen size bed (140).
The exterior of the house has been designed to offer complete relaxation to guests: a swimming pool surrounded by a spacious garden, a patio that shelters the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a barbecue and a table with chairs for outdoor meals. Additionally, there is a seating area perfect for admiring the stunning sunsets that paint the Apulian countryside.
I coni di Pinurè is located in the middle between three of the best known towns in the Itria valley: Martina franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo.
The nearest town is Martina Franca, from which it is about 4 km away. Here you will find large supermarkets, pharmacies but also small restaurants serving typical cuisine and shopping streets. Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a mare and many more are also not far away.

The swimming pool is open from June to October.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, only in the cellar, to protect the owners and guests themselves.

We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the Martina Franca tourist city tax of 0,80 € per person per night.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions for access to the property and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.

Security deposit of € 2.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 5.000 in case of damages.
Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay (It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner
Extra linen: €25.00 per person
Extra cleaning Pet: €100 per stay on request (only small size)

Arrival between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
