Beautiful apartment of 80 m² available to accommodate up to 6 guests. This property includes:

>Living room: The living room has a large double sofa bed, a single armchair, a wooden coffee table, Smart TV and access to the terrace with stunning sea views.

>Terrace: Balcony with a large window overlooking the sea, accessible from the living room or the bedroom. It has a table for up to 6 people and 6 chairs. There is also a sunshade and a sunbed to enjoy the scenery.

> Kitchen: A cosy kitchen off the living room, fully equipped with fridge, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils. There is also a breakfast bar with two chairs.

> Two comfortable and bright bedrooms with storage space. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room and has a double bed and large windows with beautiful views.

> Two beautiful bathrooms: complete with washbasin, toilet, mirror and shower.

This apartment also offers WiFi service, air conditioning and a communal swimming pool. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.

No elevator (apartment is located on 2nd floor).

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.

*Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking allowed inside the apartment.

*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
