The building has a rich history and an abundance of character, and the apartment itself benefits from having many original features, including original beams and windows as well as exposed brick throughout. The entire building has been modernised, and the apartment interior finished to a high standard, featuring comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the property. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. Most of the town is easilly accessible on foot and there are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk away, with links to Birmingham, Derby and beyond. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby road.
