Nestled in a tranquil setting in rural Staffordshire this spacious 6 bedroom farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 guests. Whether it be a group of friends, a family reunion or a corporate event, this home includes everything you need for the duration of your stay with off road parking on the driveway, a large dining table that can seat all 12 guests, fully equipped kitchen, and even a cosy film room with extra large sofa.
High chair and travel cot available (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot)

Whatever the reason for your visit this is the perfect location for large groups to stay under one roof whether you want to have a quiet get together or explore the surrounding area. Located approximately one hour drive from the centre of Birmingham, we're sure you won't be disappointed with this property where a full renovation to an exceptionally high standard was finished in April 2024.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times when outdoors due to the wildlife in the area.

There is a Spa facility that is available for all guests to use with towels provided.

The Space:
A stunning property with off road parking.

When you enter you will find yourself in the main hallway. To the left is the cosy cinema room with smart TV and comfy sofa . Next to that is a downstairs twin bedroom. Across the hallway is a downstairs WC. The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you will need to cater for up to 12 guests including the usual amenities fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, coffee machine etc. This is where you also find a grand dining table that can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. A high chair and travel cot are available (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot)

There is also a utility room with washer and dryer for your use along with controls for the underfloor heating.

Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms with King-size beds , two of which have ensuite facilities. Attention! If your booking is for 6 people, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms (one twin room and 2 double rooms). If you wish to book for 6 individual rooms, there will be an additional cost per room. On this floor there is also a bathroom. All of the rooms on this floor have views over the surrounding farmland.

Please note the property is located in a rural area so there will be wildlife and dependent on the weather conditions it may become muddy in the surrounding fields so please bring appropriate footwear.

Guest Access:
Please note if you book for less than 12 guests then only 3 bedrooms will be available. Attention! If your booking is for 6 people, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms (one twin room and 2 double rooms). If you wish to book for 6 individual rooms, there will be an additional cost per room. On this floor there is also a bathroom.
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone. The property is on an old farm and you may see other guests staying at the other properties on the surrounding land.

Located in a rural part of the midlands approximately one hour drive to the centre of Birmingham.

The neighborhood offers a perfect balance, allowing guests at New Farm House to enjoy the peaceful countryside while being in close proximity to a variety of engaging attractions.
