No communication, could not get in.
I tried reaching out to the host to get check in instructions. Did not receive a request for hours. I came to the location, sent messages, emails, and called the phony phone number on the listing. No one answered. I could not check in was just left waiting outside. Then got one message back over an hour after my check in time with instructions to get in but it was already too late since i booked another place since the host literally did not respond for 3 hours on the first day. I messaged them again asking that i need to cancel due to the lack of communication and having no check in instructions sent and having to find another place to stay that same day. I sent over 4 messages at different periods through out my 3 night booking - and not one was answered. Over 48 hours have passed. NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE HOST. worst experience ever. the only message i got from the host was "we apologize for lack of communication - there have been a mistake in the system." - no follow up, no resolution. I did not stay at this place at all!!! Do not book with this business. They do not take responsibility, and you cannot talk to anyone. ZERO COMMUNICATION. I went inside to check out the place before i left for poland to try to see if i can get in touch with someone from within... but all messages and phone calls we unanswered. Place is nice, but rent from a local not a business. Worst experience i've ever had - i've been traveling for 30 days through poland and europe and Never had this.
