Villa Alexandraas

Villa Alexandraas, in the island of Paros, stand on a magnificent terrain, without any neighbors, with a superb sea view towards the east and the island of Naxos. The terrain is at 7 km, or 10-minute drive, from the famous tourist resort of Naoussa. The beach is at 5-minute drive or at 20-minute walk. The villa is built in the traditional Cycladic style, offering luxurious accommodation with all modern facilities.

Alexandraas at the upper part of the terrain is twice as large, approximately 220 m2 and can accommodate 9 persons. It is an enormous residence, with a splendid view giving the feeling of hanging over the area. It can accommodate 9 persons in 3 double bedrooms ( 2 of 180x200 meters beds and 1 of 160x200 meters) and a bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200 meters). They are served by 3 bathrooms. There is an open plan living and dining area with a table of 10-12 persons and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoors the villa feature verandas and patios with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining and comfortable sun loungers. There is ample parking space.

The villa offers the possibility of total privacy being at the same time close to beaches and the tourist resort life of Naoussa with its fish restaurants/taverns, coffee shops, bars, discos and all kinds of shops. An ideal combination for a Greek island holiday.
