● Newly refurbished, modern and cosy apartment with open plan kitchen and private outdoor terrace.
● Superb coastal stay, with Ramsgate Royal Harbour at the end of the street- so close you can smell the sea.
● Exceptional location- In the heart of Ramsgate just a 5-minute walk from the town, with buses connecting you to Broadstairs and Margate.
● Children and pets are welcome, as well as additional guests.
● Equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through its own private door. The property does not provide designated parking spaces; however, street-paid/ free parking is available on nearby local streets.

Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.

Other things to note
● Please note the apartment is all on one level however there is a downward staircase you will take upon entering.
● The apartment does not contain a microwave however we do have an oven for making and reheating food.
● Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
● The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, however bookings of more than 4 guests will incur an additional fee of £20 per night per guest. For bookings of up to 4 guests, linen will be provided for 2 beds, and for booking of up to 6 guests, linen will be provided for 3 beds.
● Pets are permitted to stay at the property for a charge of £25 per night per pet and a maximum of 2 pets in total.

We’re excited to welcome you to our charming 1 bedroom apartment in Ramsgate, just a stone’s throw from the beach and Royal Harbour.

Ideally located and newly refurbished with the enjoyment of our guests in mind, our cosy home will wrap you in the comfort of coastal living as you explore all that East Kent has to offer.

The property contains a total of 1 master bedroom, a living area with ample sofa space and an open plan kitchen, modern bathroom and private outdoor terrace with seating. Perfectly situated just a 4-minute stroll from Ramsgate Harbour and the lively town, there’s plenty to explore. The popular Viking Bay and Margate Sands are also less than a 15-minute car or bus journey away.

Apartment Layout:
Enter through a private doorway and down the stairs into our hallway, leading on to the snug lounge containing 2 large comfy sofas and a flat screen television, stocked with freeview and apps like Netflix for you to enjoy at your leisure. The sofas can both be converted into double beds to accommodate more guests if needed.

Connected is the stylish open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 bar stools for morning coffees and dining. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials you need for home cooking, such as an oven, electric hob, toaster and kettle.

Through the hallway, you'll discover the master bedroom, a true haven of comfort. Furnished with a lavish king-sized bed, wardrobe, and a dressing table with hairdryer, the room features soft hues and beach-inspired decor to transport you to the soothing ambience of a seaside retreat.

Down the hallway, you will find the bathroom. Designed with your relaxation in mind, it exudes a spa-like atmosphere with walls adorned with natural pebbles and stone. The star of the show is the double overhead rainforest shower, providing a royal shower experience.

Outside, through a door at the end of the hallway, step onto our charming outdoor terrace. Enclosed with wooden panelling, the terrace is beautifully positioned to catch the midday sun, while ensuring privacy. Furnished with a table and three chairs, it provides the perfect setting to unwind and reflect on your day’s adventures.

You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is less than a minute walk to the nearest shop, and less than 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

The property does not provide allocated parking spaces, however free local parking is usually easy to find on nearby streets within a few minutes walk to the apartment.
