Just a 5 minute walk to the Magdalen Arms, a wonderful, family friendly, gourmet pub/restaurant. A bit further along you will find The Chester Arms, who are in demand for their steak platter.
Just a 10 minute stroll to beautiful Florence Park; a beautiful, family friendly park boasting tennis courts, children's playground and more.

By foot: Under a 30 minute walk, crossing the beautiful Magdalen Bridge
By bus: Bus stop with frequent bus services running just a few minutes walk away on Cowley Road. Journey time approx. 10 minutes
By car: 5-10 minute drive to City Centre. Taxi's are a very affordable option!

From the city centre you can catch a train from Oxford station or a 24/7 bus serving London (OxfordTube) and surrounding airports.

Guests will have private access to the entire of the property along with private back garden.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.
We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.

Please use the fireplace responsibly. Legislation requires that only smokeless coal can be used, please provide your own as we cannot guarantee any will be left in the household.
PARKING
Unfortunately there is no parking on premises however we highly recommend checkout JustPark online to find affordable, local, parking spaces.
