Its strategic location allows a quick and convenient connection to the center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía).
It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This bright apartment for up to six guests is located in the fourth of a building with an elevator.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate into the same space the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances and a spectacular living room with double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the room a place to enjoy at any time of the day.
It has two large bedrooms, both with a double bed, and one of them also has a cozy private balcony. The apartment also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The house has internet access and has air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
Refurbishment works will be carried out on the property until the end of the year.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will take place in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: For reservations of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental agreement will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established break at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR and must be paid in cash.
