The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen complete with an electric double oven, gas hob, warming drawer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The living and dining room inviting space with a wood burning stove and access to the garden, perfect for relaxing evenings in. Additionally, there are a few traditional board games available for some classic entertainment. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

The ground floor also includes two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space. There is also a shower room on the ground floor for your convenience.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 boasts an emperor size bed, while bedroom 4 offers a single bed. The family bathroom on this floor is complete with a bath and overhead shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a spacious and enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Furniture is provided for your comfort. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Included in the price of your stay are WiFi, fuel for the log burner, bed linen, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Each bedroom is equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. We also provide two stair gates, one highchair, and one travel cot free of charge upon request. Please note that you will need to bring your own cot linen.
