Charming and ultra central, the villa has its own amazing and luxuriously furnished bar with pool table, cinema area with B&O speakers as well as Denon speakers, which you can control directly from your phone. It also has a professional games machine, remember Pacman etc, 500 games!

Just give us a list of what drinks you would like pre stocked, ready for you in your own private bar and we'll get the local wine/deli to drop them off. The pub leads directly out onto the pool, which has lovely views of La Concha and the new river walk, (completion ETA July '24) that leads straight to the lively port and in the other direction to the centre of Aloha, both areas having an abundance of shopping, cafes, bars, night clubs, super clubs, pool clubs and beach clubs and of course restaurants, from the quaint traditional, cheap and cheerful to world renowned establishments. Tennis clubs and clubs, actually 19 gold clubs within a 10km radius. Centro Plaza and Marbella Arena (the old bullring) which both offer fabulous shopping (a vibrant and fun Saturday market) lively bars and plenty of dining venues are also on your doorstep.

The villa and gardens are big with numerous dining and relaxation areas with moveable shading if you want more or less sun, there are many sunbathing areas and fun games. The gardens and pool get the sun all day. You can relax in the bottom garden amongst the trees and vines and enjoy the greenery and tranquillity. There are numerous gardens with different orientations and a barbecue area or of course you can lounge by the pool. If you like looking at the world, try the roof terrace with 360 degree views. There's also a mini manmade sandy beach area in the side garden, great for toddlers... and adults that like relaxing with their feet in lovely white sand. Super fast Wifi covers all areas.

The villa offers so much entertainment, both night and day. In addition to a huge indoor stunning private bar next to the pool, with a cinema and games, in the bottom garden is the garden lounge, looking out onto the small golf 9 hole putting green and right next to it, the outdoor garden bar. There's a giant chess set and table tennis and there's a small basic mini home gym or if you want to venture out there are various well equipped gyms you can join throughout your stay. There is darts, swingball, table tennis, a fun badminton/volley ball set up if you want to burn off some energy.

If you don't like air con (ours is brand new and quiet) we have installed quiet fans in a some of the bedrooms.

The villa is ultra secure, with CCTV you can switch on or off and an easy to use fob activated alarm system, all monitored by the largest control centre in Europe.

The outside lighting is beautiful and romantic for a wonderful summer's night.

It is a very safe property with designer fire extinguishers and smoke alarms in every room and landing.

A super king bed is in the attached apartment. It’s great if a few of the group like a little extra privacy or ideal for a couple with a baby or teens. If you need help with babysitting, we can happily help you with this too.

The property is central, 800m to the port and beaches and 500m to Aloha, Centro Plaza and Marbella Arena which are at the end of the street. With so much on the doorstep, a car is not needed. Although central, the villa is surrounded by nature and greenery and with magnificent views, it is truly an oasis in which to relax in.

A lively Saturday and Sunday market is a five minute walk away with bars and stalls busy and full of atmosphere, perfect for a day of shopping or a good breakfast or lunch.

Perfectly located between the port and Aloha. So central yet the villa is surrounded by green tranquillity. As many bars, restaurants, golf courses, beaches, retail outlets, pool clubs as you like all within walking distance, or a 2 min taxi (especially for ladies in heels as there are hills in Banus/Marbella!). Supermarket 2 mins, local restaurants 2 mins, a lively Saturday and Sunday market on the doorstep. We are ultra central yet surrounded and look onto greenery.

The Golden Mile is a 5 min taxi/drive with the famous Five star Marbela Club Hotel, Puente Romano hotel offering upmarket nightlife-restaurants Nobu, Serafina, Bibo, Cipriani to name a few, and the stunning Suite nightclub. There are so many stunning venues, the list goes on, This area and location of the villa is unbeatable. So central to enjoy all Puerto Banus and Marbella have to offer, yet slightly set back from the port to avoid (traffic) noise/being disturbed.

Beaches, golf, tennis, shopping (including the Spanish version of Harrods-El Court Ingles) the port, casual and fine dining, bars, clubs and the pool and beach clubs Mogli, Ocean Club, Sala Beach, Nomad, Mosh, Plaza Beach and Nao are all walking distance.

We are close to everything and can be walked within 5 - 10 mins or a couple of mins in a taxi, yet we are set back enough from the port and nightlife that when you close the gate it is tranquil with stunning views. All amenities are extremely close by. You do not need a car.

The villa has it all. If you want to be in the centre of it all we are perfectly located. If you want to have your own fun in the pub, cinema area, pool, gardens and terraces you can.

Cleaning Fees
We don't charge cleaning fees and if you would like mid stay cleaning, ironing, linen changes etc, you can deal directly with the cleaning company we use for changeovers and who know the property well, and whose prices are very reasonable. If you can, please let us know in advance, so we can tell them to reserve the time you require.

Healthy living
Love organic? Feel free to help yourself to the abundance of fruit from the trees in the bottom garden...pomegranates, oranges, lemons, limes, tangerines, bananas, avocados, mangos. The gardener comes Thursday mornings and has his own key for the gardens.


High standards
The beds and mattresses are top quality (there are 3 super kings, a king, a double and also in the attached apartment is a sofa bed too) offering maximum comfort, and four of the bedrooms have smart TVs. There is also a 65” smart tv in the living room and a 9ft screen in the cinema area of the pub with an Ultra high definition 4k projector... all that show new and classic movies, 100s of TV channels, box sets, sport and web browsing . The appliances are high spec... Illy coffee machines, Smeg and Kitchen Aid kettles and toasters. The villa has a small apartment attached to it with one super king sleigh bed and a leather king size sofa bed in the living area. Please note there is a m open doorway between the two rooms. They share a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is designed for comfortable living, a fully-equipped kitchen (with a small kitchen in the apartment too), indoor and outdoor dining, lots of comfortable seating and loungers in all areas. There’s a selection of books for all ages and a few kids indoor and outdoor toys too.

The villa is approximately 400 sq.m on a 1200 sq.m plot. It is large so that even if you are part of a large group you can always find a little space on your own should you want it. There are numerous sitting areas and dining areas. Top of the range professional wifi covers the villa throughout including the pool and all the gardens. This villa would suit families or a respectful group.


Getting Around
Probably everything you could need can be walked within 5-10 mins, or maximum a very short taxi drive if you prefer.

Location
The villa is in a fantastic and centrally located in a cul de sac at the end the road one way in and one way out. You can park on the drive or directly outside. There are cameras all around the villa providing peace of mind. There are CCTV cameras inside the communal areas. However, we do not have access to them, only the CCTV company when an alarm is triggered, but you do have the option of simply sliding the lens cover closed and no images can be taken by the alarm company but the PIR and alarm will still work. It's a simple fob to arm and disarm and you just offer the fob up to the control box at the front door.


How to get here
40 minutes from Malaga airport. Either take the bus form the airport to Marbella bus station (7-8 euros) which has air con and is lovely or if there’s a few of you take a taxi. If booked online in advance it should cost around €80 - €100, depending on the group size.

I'm now a landlord after many years as a TV actress, Louise Franklin, “Harry on the Boat”, and a few other snippets of TV and film roles in UK and Europe and along with some West End Ben Elton theatre roles too, now Mrs Louise Pellegrino with two naughty kids. We go beyond the call of duty to look after our guests, ensuring they have the most enjoyable stay, we can assist with local dinner bookings (Marbs gets v busy in the summer, avoid cars and taxis if you can).

We can help you with your itinerary if needed, whether you are here for the glam of Marbella, the stunning nature and walks or a bit of both. Getting reservations in the summer months in Marbella can often be difficult, but we can normally help if required.

Having 2 naughty kids ourselves, the house has a huge and secure outdoor area, beautifully illuminated at night, the gardens are stunning and plenty of games, books too and a fab private bar and cinema area downstairs.

We are available night and day and have an absolutely fantastic maintenance team, always available too, 7 days, any time, and nothing is ever a problem. For example if you have teens and need two single beds as opposed to a super king, just ask, I'm sure we can help, by the way the beds are fab, no expense has been spared for a good night’s sleep.

We are ultra central that the areas that surround the villa are so vibrant, with so much choice, and for all budgets and tastes, if you want glam, international cuisine or traditional, if you like mountain hikes, beach treks, it's all there and almost everything in marbella and the port is walking distance. I think we are as central as possible to everything, yet when in the villa it feels like a little private world, away from it all.

Of course the location is very special, and the gardens are large and spread over many levels and areas, so you can always find a place alone to chill or socialise. There's a little mini gym, basic but enough, a little homemade putting green, the pool and that leads directly off your own pub, which is fab and has a cinema area, piano, lovely seating, so if you fancy any days or nights in, you have everything you need in the villa.

One of the bedrooms is actually in the self contained apartment with its own small lounge, kitchen and bathroom, which is great if someone in the group wants a little more privacy. There's a lot of fruit trees, blooming depending on the month and it's lovely to pick your own organic fruit and make healthy smoothies. It's also not a soulless ultra modern villa, it feels quite homely.
